The Metos Proveno 3G foot switch allows easy drainage of the kettle
while maintaining the consistency of the food throughout the emptying
cycle.
By holding down the foot switch, hands can be released from the display
while the mixer continues to rotate. The tilt of the kettle can be
changed during mixing by pressing the tilt buttons on the display. When
pressing the mixer button on the display, the foot switch can be
released without the function being interrupted.
